the blair witch project is similar to our film production as it is of the horror genre, and it was run as a documentry horror. where you see shots taken by a handheld perspective and it is made to look like the camera man is an ameture.

this film is a similar film genre to our film production.

history on the church

St Giles Church is the spiritual home and communities heart of Sheldon, there have been churches on this site for around a 1000 years.

The current building has occupied the site since 1294 and is one of only 3 churches built in the middle ages in the Birmingham area.
St Giles also has a special place in the missionary world as the home of Rev Dr Thomas Bray. His work started the Anglican missionary movement over 300 years ago when he bought the Anglican church to the shores of America.

The Bell tower was erected around 1460, the builders invoice is still carved in to one of the pillars. The tower houses 6 bells and we have 2 teams of 'adult' bell ringers and a team of junior campanologists.

With it's fascinating history St Giles is clearly a church with a considerable amount of special interest, but what has always made St Giles a special place is it's people.

almost there !!

so far im media the group has finnished filming and editing and now all that is left to do is to write up the evaluation. we are doing the evaluation as a group where one person answeres a quetion and another member of the group answeres another question, and once all the questions are answered then we put our answeres together on post them on our blogs. so far towards the evaluation i have answered question 1 too 2 and that should be my part of the evaluation done, now all i got to do is wait for the rest of the group to finnish there evaluation.

editing

So far im media we have finnished all the filming and have moved on to editing. The last scene we filmed was me and james in a classroom doing work, it gets late we both fall asleep and when i wake up james is gone. So in media now we are just putting everything togrther so it is all in order.

so far in media we have started filming, we have filmed one of the chase scenes in the church we wanted to. we have made a change and now chris is the killer and pual was the first to get killed of. james will be the next and then its shifting in to a bedroom and it will all appear to be a dream untill there is a picture on the wall saying r.i.p pual and james. this will macke it clear thast it was not a dream and that the events actualy occured.we have also filmed one of the shots in the scholl this is a quick runningh scene that does not involve the killer but does show me and james running desperatly fast like there is something chasing us but nothing is scene.

so far in media we have almosy finnished the storybaord however we have some new ideas for filming, such as we are going to have all the action at the begining as some of the first shots will be of the killer and the group getting attacked, chased, and killed. then it will go to the start of the film and you will see the first few scenes of the film. these scenes consist of introducing the film and the characters, during these scenes you will see how happy the group are together and how well they get along . by this scene you can see have strong friendship bonds .this will allow you to get to know the group and this willl make the viewer feel empathy for them .

so far in media we have finnished our preliminary task and i have put it on my blog for to be viewed. now one of our main tasks is finnishing the storyboard so that we can stert filming ,however we still have to secure a place to start filming.And i am not sure if we are going to continue chasing the priest at saint giles church or just try for another location .

so far in media we have done our premilienary task and we have sucsessfully edited our prelinmary task and one we have uploaded it to our blogs we can get on with our main task . and story board it . we also still have to get in touch with the preist as that is proving to be a difficult task .

so far we have done quit a bit as we have called the preist and left a message and now all we got to do is call him again and once we havd done that we can get a date and tell the actors and get everything sorted for that date .
